After getting out of the Army in 1993, I got involved in construction while I went to college. After college, I became a Deputy Sheriff right here in San Diego County. Then, in 1998 my family and I also started remodeling homes. We’ve remodeled over a hundred units, taking on everything from the roof to foundation repair, right on out to irrigation, landscaping, decking and fencing.
I have four great kids and 3 beautiful grandkids. With them on their own, I have retired from the Sheriff’s department and simplified my life and business, so I am no longer taking on major, large contracting projects. I am here to help you with your small to mid-sized projects that would simply be cost prohibitive if you were to hire a big contracting company.
From home projects with Dad, to working construction for others, to buying and remodeling homes, I have extensive experience with every type of building project from replacing the roof to repairing the foundation, including complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, going right down to replacing every light fixture, socket, switch, knob, hinge, door, screen, and window, as well as repairing or replacing all of the plumbing from the shut off valve out. That includes installing and repairing gutters, irrigation systems, landscaping, decking, and fencing. I’ve seen it all, installed it all, and repaired it all.
